Overview
Voyer Law is a full-service law firm focused on advising technology companies on Canadian and U.S. cross-border legal matters. Our clients span technology startups, AI and Web3 companies, angel investors and venture capital funds, video game studios, software developers, industrial designers and more. We also assist non-technology clients with technology related matters, such as intellectual property or privacy law, or in connection with cross-border legal matters. Our lawyers practice across Canada and the U.S. and are called to the bar in British Columbia, Nova Scotia, California, New York and Washington.

Kellen Voyer
Founder
Kellen is a U.S. (California) and Canadian (British Columbia & Nova Scotia) lawyer and founder of Voyer Law. He trained in Silicon Valley before establishing Voyer Law in 2013 with the aim of seamlessly providing U.S. and Canadian legal services. He combines legal knowledge with business acumen and sits on the boards of multiple startups.

Her previous experience includes office administration at a boutique IP law firm in Vancouver. Anna is also an accomplished cellist and was a member of multiple symphonies.
